A one night's rental deposit is required to confirm your reservation. We accept either credit card or money order. Deposit must be received 2 weeks from date of making reservation.

Please add any special requests or additional information:

• Our hotel policy requires payment in advance upon arrival for your entire stay. U.S. currency only.
• Minimum night's stay required during in-session weekends.
• Three (3) day minimum on all reservations for Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day holidays. Holiday rates are in effect.
• Deposit equal to first day's rate plus tax (10%) is required to hold reservations. Deposit must be received 48 hours prior to arrival date, or fourteen (14) days after reservation is made, whichever comes first.
• For nominal charge of $2.00 per room, per night, each room is provided with unlimited local calls, and in-room safe.
• Personal check and cashier's check accepted for advance reservation deposit only. Checks must be received fifteen (15) days prior to arrival date. No personal checks accepted upon arrival. Only U.S. currency accepted.
• Credit cards used for advance reservations will be processed for the required deposit amount when your reservation is confirmed.
• Children twelve years old or under in parents room stay free.
• The charge for rollaways is $5.00 per night. Only one rollaway per room. Cribs available free upon request.
• CANCELLATIONS OF RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE 72 HOURS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE IN ORDER TO RECEIVE REFUND OF DEPOSIT. GUEST MUST RECEIVE A CANCELLATIONS NUMBER FROM THE HOTEL, AS CONFIRMATIONS OF CANCELLED RESERVATION. PLEASE ALLOW 4-6 WEEKS FOR DEPOSIT RETURN. $5.00 RESERVATION CANCELLATION FEE.
• Request for particular room assignments cannot be guaranteed. Every effort will be made to assign accommodations desired.
• Registering guest must be 21 years of age or over and have a major credit card. No reservations accepted fro unchaperoned single girls or boys, or groups of either.
• Management will not tolerate parties, loudness or rowdiness that disturbs other hotel guests.
• For early check out, 48 hour notice is required AFTER check-in in order to receive refund. ALL REFUNDS ARE MADE BY MAIL.
